A divorce coach who
gets it. And gets you.
I understand the delicate balance of co-parenting, building new relationships, and creating healthy family dynamics. This personal experience, combined with my professional expertise, allows me to bring both compassion and strategic insight to my work with clients.
“I believe that with the right guidance and support, divorce can be more than just an ending—it can be the beginning of an intentionally designed next chapter. As someone who has navigated both sides of divorce—professionally as a certified divorce coach and personally through my own divorce—I understand the complexity of emotions, decisions, and transitions you're facing.”

My approach
Working at the intersection of
strategic guidance & emotional support
My role is to help you:
Make clear-headed, values-based decisions even during emotional turbulence
Become a credible and prepared client for your legal team
Navigate high-conflict situations with wisdom and strategy
Improve communication with all parties involved
Focus on the "business of divorce" while honoring your emotional journey
My journey
In 2020 when I began my own divorce journey at fifty after a long-term marriage, I discovered firsthand how overwhelming and isolating the process can be.
Even with my background in education, communication, and crisis management, I found myself wishing for a trusted guide, someone who could help me navigate both the practical complexities and emotional challenges of divorce. This experience shaped not only my personal story, but my professional calling: to be the support for others that I wished I'd had during my own journey.
Though I love my work, my most cherished role is being a mom to an amazing young (almost) adult and a partner in a blended household where we have three teenagers in total!
I look forward to working with you to demystify the divorce process and helping you find strength and clarity during one of life's most challenging transitions.
